Reiki (pronounced "ray-kee") is a vibrational healing art with roots in Buddist philosophy. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words "Rei" which means Universal Life and "Ki" which means Energy. This Universal Energy has been recognized in cultures across the world, known also by the names prana, chi, qi and more.
Reiki is not affiliated with any specific religion or religious practice or belief. It is important to note that it is not massage work, nor is it based on hypnotic suggestion. I am currently booking distance-only Reiki sessions--either through live-time video or phone call at a pre-arranged time or by sending daily Reiki by the week. I am also available to book live group or couple sessions in your space, with advanced appointment.

Crystal Therapy and healing has been used for centuries, by cultures around the globe. Crystal healing utilizes the uniquely stable molecular structure of various crystals to bring stability and energetic balance to our own subtle energy bodies. I am a Certified Crystal Healer and I will generally intuitively layer vibrational therapies, to address imbalances and to best meet each client's healing goals.
I am currently booking distance-only Energy Healing sessions--either through live-time video or phone call at a pre-arranged time or by energetically maintaining a crystal grid with a custom intention by the week. Meditation and mindfulness practices have been a tool available where ever people have been for millennia. If I had to recommend a single thing you could incorporate into your life for your health, happiness, and well-being-- it would be to develop a meditation practice. I know that it is hard to cut out time in our busy, multi-tasking, immediate-results-oriented lives, but the benefits of regular meditation are numerous and obtainable by all.
Meditation coaching can be completed in a variety of ways: it can be performed either by meeting for a guided meditation through live-time video or phone call at a pre-arranged time or by designing and creating a custom Guided meditation audio track. I am also available for one-on-one virtual consultation sessions, where I will help you discover which habits, sensory triggers, and affirmations may help you build a joyous (sustainable!) meditation practice Please contact me for details on finding the right level of coaching for you.
